Turf care and edging
Programmed commercial lawn mowing with crisp edging across turf areas, frontages, nature strips and open space. Cut heights adjusted seasonally for growth rate and heat stress so presentation holds through summer rather than collapsing in January.
Licensed weed control
Herbicide programs across hardstands, car parks, kerbs, fence lines, garden beds and around infrastructure. Applied by licensed operators with chemical application records kept and available. Integrated into every scheduled visit, not sold as an extra.
Garden bed maintenance
Pruning, weeding, mulching and plant health management across beds, entrances and customer facing areas. Mulch depth maintained to suppress weeds and retain moisture, which reduces intervention and water use over the year.
Hedging and pruning
Formative and maintenance hedging, shrub pruning and low branch clearing. Sightlines at entries, driveways and intersections kept open, and vegetation kept clear of signage, lighting, cameras and building fabric.
Perimeter and sightline clearing
Vegetation control along fence lines, boundaries and internal roadways. Critical on logistics sites for heavy vehicle visibility, and on strata properties for driveway and car park exit safety.
Litter, leaf and debris management
Litter collection, leaf drop management and clearing of drains, grates and channels. Green waste removed from site on completion, never blown into a corner and left.
Seasonal and storm response
Autumn leaf load, spring growth surge and summer heat stress planned into the program rather than left in an as needed bucket. Storm debris cleared and documented, so your insurer and your committee both have evidence.
GPS photo reporting
Every visit produces GPS tagged, time stamped photographs of completed work, delivered the same day. Proof of service for audits, insurers, head office and owners corporation committees, without you ever chasing it.
Compliance documentation
Site specific SWMS before commencement on every property. $20M public liability certificates sent proactively. Chemical application records maintained. Your procurement checklist is complete before you ask for it.
